Berrys' Own Selection Teaninich 1973
Bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd for the Berrys' Own Selection range in 2010, this Highland single malt was distilled at Teaninich in Alness, Ross-shire in 1973. Aged in a single cask, number 6074/5, for almost four decades, it has been bottled at a strength of 41.8% abv.
Fruity and perfumed with passion fruit, a touch of lime and polished oak on the nose. The palate brings waves of vanilla, yellow fruit and honey with some toasted oak. There's a touch of liquorice in the graceful finish.
Lot sold on behalf of third party owner.
Please examine the images of the lot carefully, including any packaging and labels, to inspect the condition of the item before placing a bid.

How W Club auctions work
Bids must be submitted in increments of £25 (increment values vary per auction). Auctions run until their closing date, or until bidding is exhausted.
When an auction is coming to a close, each new bid will extend the auction to allow bidders reasonable time to submit a new high bid.
Completed auctions and winning bids
An auction is complete if no higher bids are received within a short period of the current high bid, after the closing date of the auction.
Enter the maximum bid you are willing to pay for an item and we'll automatically bid in £25 increments (increment values vary per auction) up to that value – so you avoid missing out on popular items or paying more than you want.
You can watch any item, and we'll send you an email notification when new bids are placed. If you are the highest bidder, we'll send you an email if someone else bids a higher amount.
