Earthy nose, with citrus, medicinal notes, with some brine and spice. The palate has rich orange, and salty, but at the same time creamy rich, full and sweet. The finish is soft, with toffee, some trademark salt and pepper. Pleasant rounded and impressive.

Subtle and shy nose but with time, melon, gooseberry, vanilla, light citrus. The palate is sweet with green fruits, barley, and eventually soft spice and oakiness. The finish is fruity at first then pepper and spice, and some tannins arrive. The finish is quite long.

Honey, ripe peach, brine, and apricot on the nose, unripe banana and green fruit on the palate, with some tangy, salt and pepper and sweet and sour notes, and traces of citrus fruits. This has a spicy and tingling finish, but relatively short.
